Background

For 20 years, I have been providing high quality, personalized financial guidance to individuals and small businesses in the greater Pittsburgh area. My expertise ranges from basic tax, management and accounting services to more in-depth services such as oil and gas accounting and business advisory services for the small privately held business.

I began my professional career as a CPA with Coopers & Lybrand (now PricewaterhouseCoopers) providing audit services to SEC companies such as ALCOA and, in the oil and gas sector, Quaker State and Allegheny Land and Mineral Company gaining valuable knowledge in SEC reporting and the extractive industries. While at C&L I became interested in working with smaller privately held companies and spent a lot of time providing services to clients in the Small Business practice area of the firm which included not only financial reporting but also tax services to the companies and their owners. I also worked extensively with start-up entities during that time. I now serve a number of small business clients in the construction, real estate, professional services and retail business communities. By combining my expertise and experience I can assure that every client receives the close analysis and attention they deserve.
